This policy applies only to the Website. It does not apply to the uMushroomer mobile application, which has separate terms and a separate privacy policy, or to third-party websites and services linked from the Website.

1. Who is responsible for Website data
For purposes of applicable data-protection law, the operator of uMushroomer determines why and how personal information collected through the Website is processed. References to “uMushroomer,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy refer to that Website operator.

2. Information the Website collects
The Website does not currently provide Website accounts, user comments, photo uploads, online checkout, or newsletter registration. It does not request access to your camera, photo library, or precise device location.
We may process the following limited categories of information.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Website, our hosting, security, and analytics systems may automatically process:
- your Internet Protocol address;
- browser type and version;
- device type, operating system, language, and approximate screen characteristics;
- approximate location derived from your IP address, such as country, region, or city;
